We accept returns for unopened and unused items within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

• The item is in original, unused, and undamaged condition.
• The original packaging is intact and unmarked.
• A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is included.

Please note: Items returned without meeting these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Products that have been opened or used
• Items purchased at discounted prices
• Items bought using promotional vouchers or coupons

Non-returnable products will be clearly marked on the product page or invoice.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive a defective item:

• All shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a product defect or damage upon delivery.

• We do not accept returns in physical store locations for items purchased online.
