You may cancel your order before it is processed for shipping without incurring any fees.

To request a cancellation, please contact our customer service team immediately via email at [email protected] or WhatsApp (if available). Please include your order number in all communications.

If your order has not yet been shipped, we will process the cancellation and refund the full amount to your original payment method.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

You may, however, return eligible items in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy, which allows returns within 7 days of delivery for unused, unopened products in original condition.

For pre-ordered items, cancellation is allowed any time before the item is processed for shipping.

Once the pre-ordered item has been shipped, it will be treated as a standard order and cannot be cancelled.

We kindly ask customers who choose Cash on Delivery to only place orders they intend to receive. Repeated refusal to accept COD deliveries may result in suspension of the COD option for future orders.

COD orders can be cancelled by contacting customer service before dispatch.

• For cancelled orders eligible for a refund, the amount will be returned to your original payment method (e.g., credit/debit card).
• No refunds will be issued in cash.
• Refunds may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank's processing time.

Buabed Banafa Perfumes reserves the right to cancel any order for the following reasons:

• Product unavailability or stock issues.
• Incomplete or invalid payment or shipping information.
• Suspected fraud or abuse of our services.
• Pricing errors or technical glitches.

In such cases, you will be notified immediately, and any payment made will be refunded in full.
